Senior Leadership Coach
You'll design and deliver coaching programs for mid-to-senior level executives. Coach 8-12 clients at a time. Contribute to curriculum development. We're looking for someone with 7+ years coaching experience who gets frustrated with generic approaches.

Build the actual stuff people learn from. Videos, workbooks, interactive modules, case studies. You'll collaborate with coaches to make sure content sticks. Background in instructional design or corporate training required. Multimedia experience is a huge plus.

Find companies that need our training. Build relationships with HR leaders and CEOs. No cold-calling nonsense—we focus on genuine partnerships. You'll handle proposals, contracts, and account management for existing clients too.

Keep everything running. Calendar management, client communications, invoicing, travel logistics. 25 hours/week. You'll work with both coaches and clients directly. Detail-oriented people thrive here. Previous experience with coaching platforms or event coordination helps.
