Look, most leadership training companies will hand you a binder and call it a day. We're different. Summit Pro exists because we got tired of watching smart people fail at leading other smart people. Started back in 2011, we've spent the last 13 years figuring out what actually works — and more importantly, what's just expensive window dressing. Our approach? Honest conversations, real scenarios, and zero corporate jargon. We work with teams who want to stop talking about culture and start building it. Based in Viseu, we've trained everyone from scrappy startups to organizations with thousands of employees. They all had the same problem: their leaders needed help. They all left different.

Our Story

Summit Pro started because our founder kept seeing the same pattern: talented leaders hitting walls. Not because they weren't smart. But because nobody ever taught them how to actually lead humans. The first training program was scrappy. Honest. Worked better than expected. Word spread. Fast forward 13 years and we've refined our approach across industries, company sizes, and chaos levels.
